Secondary education review

In 2002 the Northern Territory Government commissioned a comprehensive report on the quality of secondary education in the Territory. The Secondary Education Report was prepared by a consultancy team from Charles Darwin University, led by Dr Gregor Ramsey, an international education expert. The consultancy team visited 134 sites across the Territory, including 40 remote Indigenous communities, every Government secondary school and many non-Government schools. The team also received over 100 submissions from stakeholders. There are 52 recommendations in the final 340 page report, Future Directions for Secondary Education in the Northern Territory, which is available below in separate sections or as a single, standalone document.
