About the Precinct
Nightcliff Technology Precinct is the ICT professional learning centre for the Northern Territory Department of Education and Training. It is located at Nightcliff Middle School in Darwin, Australia.
Our mission is to inspire, connect, enable and empower educators in the pedagogical use of ICT to enhance 21st century teaching and learning practices.
The key goals are:
- to provide tools, resources and people to professionally develop all learners
- to enhance the pedagogical ICT capabilities of educators to enrich teaching and learning environments
- to research, test and review emerging technologies.
The Technology Precinct is the hub for ICT-focused professional learning. Professional learning opportunities and events are available for educators throughout the Northern Territory.
