Registration of providers
In the Northern Territory, the Department of Education and Training looks after registration and compliance matters for all education sectors including Higher Education, Vocational Education and Training and schools. This includes the NT registration process for the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS).
The Department's International Services Branch is responsible for:
- recommending eligible providers for listing on CRICOS
- maintaining the NT CRICOS
- monitoring the compliance of CRICOS registered education service providers in the Northern Territory.
